User-Generated Content & Moderation Policy

CGPeaks hosts user-generated content (UGC). To keep the platform safe and compliant with advertising and legal standards, the following rules apply.

What you may not post

• Illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Adult/sexually explicit material or links to such material.
• Copyright-infringing files, leaks, or content you do not have rights to share.
• Spam, deceptive promotions, or misleading claims.
• Malware, exploits, or attempts to hack or scrape private data.
• Personal data of others without consent (doxxing).

What we encourage

• Educational tutorials, lawful resources, and original creative work.
• Constructive feedback and professional discussion.
• Clear titles, tags, and previews for discoverability.

Moderation actions

Staff may edit, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate policies. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or ban. Marketplace posts may require proof of ownership/licenses.

How to report

Use the report function on any post or email cgpeaks.team@gmail.com with the URL and details. We review valid reports promptly.

Appeals

If your content is removed and you believe it complies, contact us with the URL and explanation. We will re-review the decision.

Updates

This policy may be updated. Continued use of CGPeaks after updates indicates acceptance.
