Member Responsibilities

• Ensure that your offer complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate clearly and honestly with other members.
• Deliver products and services as promised if you are a seller.
• Buyers should make payments responsibly and only through trusted methods.

CGPeaks does not mediate or guarantee any transaction. We are not responsible for fraud, scams, or disputes between members. Use of the Marketplace is entirely at your own risk.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter suspicious activity or believe a member has violated these policies, please report it to our staff immediately through the contact form.

Enforcement

Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice. Members engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activity may be suspended or permanently banned.

Updates

This Marketplace Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
