How to submit a takedown notice

Email: cgpeaks.team@gmail.com with subject: DMCA Takedown. Include:

1. Your full name, address, email and phone.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. Exact URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, email cgpeaks.team@gmail.com with subject: DMCA Counter-Notice, including:

1. Your contact information and identification of the removed material and its prior URL.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your consent to applicable jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process.
4. Your electronic or physical signature.

Processing

We promptly remove or disable access to reported content and notify the user. Content may be restored if a valid counter-notice is received and no legal action is initiated. Repeated infringement may result in account suspension.
