Acceptable Use Policy

To keep CGPeaks safe, professional, and accessible to everyone, all members must follow the rules below when using our platform.

Prohibited activities

You may not use CGPeaks to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Upload or distribute adult, obscene, or sexually explicit material.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademarks, etc.).
• Spread spam, advertisements, or self-promotion without permission.
• Collect or publish personal data of others without consent.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the site or its users.

Permitted activities

Members are encouraged to:

• Share educational, creative, and professional content related to design, VFX, and digital art.
• Participate in discussions respectfully and constructively.
• Give and receive feedback in a supportive manner.
• Report violations of this policy to staff.

Enforcement

Staff may review, edit, or remove any content that violates this policy. Accounts engaging in repeated or serious violations may be suspended or permanently banned. All enforcement actions are at the discretion of CGPeaks staff.

Changes

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of CGPeaks after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
